Special testing was performed at USN China Lake followed by remote deployment, installation, and operations. Test operations of the MARK-IIA included extensive inter-agency coordination to accommodate special operations and multi-modal security operations (air-sea-ground).
Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) Project Manager: Provided project management oversight for a new development DDS (10MHz-1GHz; 1Hz Steps; 1-micro-sec switching time). Cover / featured article for the engineering trade journal, MSN (Microwave Systems News).

ELSID UAV Flight Engineer: UAV flight tests in US (Naval Air Station Patuxent River / NESEA) and overseas.
Communications Engineer: Designed, tested, and integrated the VHF telemetry encoder, transmitter, and antenna onto ELSID UAVs.
