    • The objective of the project was to implement iStore at Gehr Inc. The Item detail page was customized to group items based on the Categories setup in Oracle. Each section had specific categories attached to it. The user could toggle between the items in a category and the page dynamically showed the selected items' UPC, image, weight, Available quantity on hand etc. This was achieved by use of Javascripting along with Java Classes to retrieve the item information.
    • Customized the item detail page to display pricing matrix in multiple tiers and multiple price breaks. The Tier pricing was setup in Advanced Pricing.
    • Developed conversion program for uploading the images for iStore items. The conversion took care of creating the media objects and associating it with the respective item.

    • Pioneered in the design and implementation of an end to end EDI solution for Dottie replacing their existing third party EDI tool. The solution was implemented using Oracle's Integration B2B, Oracle Enterprise Service Bus (Middleware) and e-Commerce gateway. The solution used Oracle ESB to create the maps for EDI documents.
    • Setup the Trading partner management and Transmission protocols using Oracle B2B. The following transaction types were setup as part of the implementation - 810 Outbound, 855 Outbound, 850 Inbound and 997 acks.
    • Setup the e-Commerce gateway for Trading partner management in Oracle. Developed custom reports for transmission details and error reporting. The solution was capable of setting up customer items on the fly depending of the items received in the PO document from the customer. The customer items setup were used in the PO Ack and Invoice documents going out.
    • Developed the conversion scripts for e-Commerce gateway to minimize the setup of trading partners manually in Oracle.
    • Designed and developed a custom interface between a third party shipping tool (Proship) and Oracle using Shipping API's. The solution created LPN's in Oracle based on the packages that were shipped and added the freight costs of the delivery to the Order.
    • Worked on customizing the Pick slip, Pack slip and Invoice reports using BI publisher.
