Crew Lead for Mountain Home AFB BECO (Base Equipment Custodial Official) sub-office, where it was my job to manage a team of five, including writing Enlisted performance Reports (yearly reviews), set up an entirely new work center from the ground up, design and implement a process for receiving computers, configuring those computers, and the distribution of those computers, for the entire base installation, which included over 10,000 users. Crew member of the base Network Control Center where it was my job to provide customers with accurate and timely technical support over the phone as well as in person. It was my job to handle high ranking disgruntled customers with care and patience. I was also required to perform mass enterprise level configuration changes for over eight thousand computers and over fifty servers, many of which included enterprise level updates to the network, maintaining proper controls in Active Directory, properly creating users in Active Directory, assigning user permissions, adding appropriate firewall exclusions to military grade firewalls, and running SQL queries on our MySQL databases.
