    Started my career in 1996 as a painter. In almost 22 years I have held every position in the maintenance field.

    Complete knowledge of many aspects in the apartment industry.  Complete knowledge of operating and capitol budgets.  

    All experience gained was hands on.  Have worked on smaller communities of 158 units and as high as 616 units.  Biggest staffed managed was 8 employees for City run Housing Authority.

    Painting, flooring installation, hardware installation, appliance installation,electrical lighting upgrades, and demo.  Drywall installation as well matching texture of slick, knockdown and orange peel. Run plenty of spray rigs as well as traditional role and cut.
     
    HVAC experience:
     
    Pm work, troubleshooting of no heat or cooling calls.
     
    Complete recovering of refrigerant and installation of condensing units.
     
    Experience in working on forced air units with standing piolit's and glow plugs with flame sensors. Replacement of gas valves.  Replacement of blower motors.  Pulling and cleaning burners. Running new 24v t-stat wire.  
     
    Ability to read wiring schematics and troubleshooting issues when present.

    At the largest community of 616 units, I spent 5 years doing many in house jobs.  During our peak times it was not uncommon to turn 20 units a week.  We were trained and learned how to manage our time efficiently.​
