• Watch for workplace hazards including sparks, smolders, and fires, while employee's are working
• Ensure all permit safety requirements are maintained, and all flammable material kept away from ignition source
• If a fire ensues, use fire extinguisher to control, or turn fire alarm on; Call 911, and/or internal emergency number

• Project Lead, responsible for the development of pipeline and facility, design and layout
• Maintain construction drawing deadlines, while affirming accuracy, efficiency and consistency
• Determine quantity of equipment, and materials required for each pipeline and facility
• Coordinate with Project Manager, and CADWorx, Supervisor to define solution to existing problem and/or concern

•  General administrative duties; answering and redirecting phone calls; mail receiving and distribution; ordering office supplies
• Receive and redirecting incoming clients/visitors to designated department or personnel
• Invoicing, collections, time sheet entry, payroll, assisting in month end procedures, as well as make daily bank deposits
• Understand Valve, motor, pump and compressor standards for quick and cost effective distribution​
