  •  I was a counselor for Camp Swift which is a nonprofit organization giving inner city children a free 5 day trip to an overnight camp. I and two other counselors were in charge of 12 children aged 8-12 in which we were their guidance and parents for the 5 days. We were with he children every moment being their role models, making sure they were comfortable and eating, as well as a friend for them when they were feeling down or wanted to talk about their troubled home life.
