A Personal Statement
I love to organise and are very methodical in my approach to any project that I set my mind to.  
Hospitality was a late career move for me, but I love it with a passion.  I genuinely get excited at the chance to bring pleasure to people and make their experience outstanding.

Core Accomplishments
Commenced the role of General Manger at Juice Bar and Windsor Castle when it was severely under performing.   Under the control of the previous general manager the business was experiencing extensive ongoing monthly losses.  Within the first 8 months turned that performance around to demonstrate a profit within the first year of my management to the position we are now in, performing an average GP in excess of 65%.  
When I commenced the role of General Manager at The Windsor Castle we had a less than favourable relationship with the District Licensing Authority with visits occurring on a weekly basis and an increased threat of losing our liquor license.  Within 6 months, through diligent management and dedicated recruitment of Duty Manager's and frequent liaison with the Council, I had established a positive relationship with the Alcohol Harm Unit to the extent that they began showcasing our establishment as an example of best practice.

I have adopted a managerial style that has enabled me to build outstanding relationships with my staff.  I am highly respected and they are given the freedom to learn and flourish within their role. I am driven by excellence and empower and encourage my staff to do the same - as a result they perform well in their role for the mutual benefit of the entire business' success.  
My philosophy with The Windsor Castle has always been to treat everyone I come into contact with as if they were a guest in my own home.  To make them feel welcome and treated with respect and integrity whilst offering them a constant excuse to come back time and time again.​
