I was hired to crisis manage the fine dining restaurant at PEC.
In 36 days, I retrained the entire FOH staff on the standards of service. After 5 days, I replaced the General Manager and continued to review and implement standard operating procedures, scheduled staff, improved morale, interviewed and hired new associates and aided with new hire prodecures. Worked double shifts to accomodate major scheduling issues. Result: I was offered General Manager position to take over account.

I was hired to crisis manage The Rose Garden Tea Room at the Huntington Gardens. In 26 days, I assumed the role of General Manager in the Rose Garden Tea Room during their high season. I observed, inspected, reviewed and improved service standards. I was able to break the sales records whilst improving employee morale with the least amount of management staff. Result: We recieved a YELP Award for the month of December.
