Service-oriented with 4 years experience in Air Force JROTC with over 330 community service hours. With this experience I have learned many qualities like leadership, responsibility and customer service as well as excellent communication and time management skills. Handles tasks with accuracy and efficiency. I have a very strong work ethic and I make sure things get done on time and with excellence. Highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives. Directs projects that improve efficiency while meeting deadlines and regulation requirements.
The curriculum consists of education in citizenship, leadership, social and communication skills, physical fitness and wellness. The curriculum is facilitated and taught by retired Air Force personnel. With this being said, it has taught me many things about how to become a great leader and a responsible person. It has taught me, time management, team work, respect for others, community service, responsibility, and much more.
Some of my responsibilities at this job were greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary. Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas. Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers. Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service. Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions. Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed and providing great customer service.
