Managed the Community Security Initiative (CSI) daily operations to include scheduling and accurate completion of site vulnerability assessments, events and training courses.  Managed three CSI Analysts, as well as the daily operations of the CSI Analysis Center and all crisis communications.  Served as the Deputy Director of the Business Operations Center (BOC) of the Los Angeles City Emergency Management Division. Conducted liaison with regional law enforcement and government agencies. Assisted in the development of CSI safety and security training curricula which was delivered to over 40 individual Jewish institutions and trained over 1500 staff, educators and volunteers.

Created and implemented a four month training program, taking 25 new Military Police men and women and molded them into an effective law enforcement team.

Created a combined British, Georgian, Jordanian and U.S. Military Police operation section, targeting local Afghan employees via covert surveillance, who were selling illicit narcotics and other illegal contraband items aboard the installation. As a result of this partnership, over 45 pounds of narcotics and 300 pieces of evidence attributable to individuals for prosecution were seized.

Managed all training, logistics, and operational planning for the Director of Regional Command South West's Counter Improvised Explosive Device division. The division, comprised of 45 U.S. personnel in addition to 45 NATO EOD teams from Britten, Afghanistan, and US forces. Responsible for accomplishing all EOD assessments on the validation, manning, training and equipping of all 45 EOD teams. Responsible for fielding and distribution of EOD equipment for Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF). Coordinated all C-IED courses on the employment of specialized equipment, explosive hazard reduction and train the trainer courses of instruction. Mentored the 215 Corps of the Afghan National Army on live explosive demolitions training, tactics, techniques and procedures.

Procured 25 million dollars in equipment and explosives to train and properly equip Afghan EOD teams.
