Managed the Community Security Initiative (CSI) daily operations to include scheduling and accurate completion of site vulnerability assessments, events and training courses.  Managed three CSI Analysts, as well as the daily operations of the CSI Analysis Center and all crisis communications.  Served as the Deputy Director of the Business Operations Center (BOC) of the Los Angeles City Emergency Management Division. Managed all training, logistics, and operational planning for the Director of Regional Command South West's Counter Improvised Explosive Device division. The division, comprised of 45 U.S. personnel in addition to 45 NATO EOD teams from Britten, Afghanistan, and US forces. Responsible for accomplishing all EOD assessments on the validation, manning, training and equipping of all 45 EOD teams. Responsible for fielding and distribution of EOD equipment for Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF). Coordinated all C-IED courses on the employment of specialized equipment, explosive hazard reduction and train the trainer courses of instruction. Mentored the 215 Corps of the Afghan National Army on live explosive demolitions training, tactics, techniques and procedures.

Key Results:

Procured 25 million dollars in equipment and explosives to train and properly equip Afghan EOD teams.
