Follow protocols and policies for renal dosing, anticoagulation and other approved directives. Order labs when needed. Prioritize STATs, ED and ICU orders. Perform some IV compounding when technician is unavailable. During hospital growing phase, covered new orders for second hospital via forwarded calls and delivery via courier service for medications not stocked in Omnicell.
