Having the opportunity to take part in a 2 week management development course after only being a mid level manager for 4 months, the purpose of the course was to develop mid level managers for a possibility to move up to a Senior level position.
Having been in management for almost 3 years, had a great opportunity to open a new store in Maine. After moving to Maine, took part in development classes with  fellow managers. Took part in Interviewing over 500 people in just a few weeks. It was an eye opening experience.

Moved to Maine with an amazing opportunity to open a new store and was able to put all of my experience and knowledge to great use. Being the only manager who has been with the company, was able to guide and train all of the fellow managers on company policies and procedures as well as audit.
As mentioned before, took part in the hiring of about 150 team members out of over 500 interviews in just a few weeks. Hand picking strong, divers and talented team members. Using knowledge to help guide our team members during the time of setting up our store and filling our shelves with product. Guiding our team on how to read planograms on where to put product.
