Supervise 70 to 100 Production line associates (70% temporary agency employees) on second shift. Responsible for ensuring Safety of all associates and cleanliness of production lines as well as ensuring unadulterated product. Complete payroll, quality records, efficiency reports, corrective action, and interviews. Complete end of shift reports for both the on coming shift and the Production Manager.
Responsible for the daily operations associated with supporting 2 departments (Specials and Talls) on 1st shift. My extra-curricular activities include currently launching a small business named DOG TIRED. I upcycle old tires to make custom pet beds and a portion of the sales goes to an animal shelter or animal rescues of the purchasers choice. I also build feral cat shelters during the winter months. Other activities are riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle, trail riding and mudding in my Kawasaki UTV. I spend most of my online time advocating, networking, and sharing post and information that will help our shelters and rescues. I also enjoy reading educational books and spending time outside with my dogs.
