  • Manage and maintain Travel Management System for CH2MHILL. Scheduled large amounts of flights for 800+ employees from Anchorage to Deadhorse, ENI OPP, ENI Spy Island, Caelus, Point Thomson, Milne Point, Repsol, and Kuparuk. Scheduled large amounts of room changes for Billeting at Arctic Oilfield Hotel, ENI OPP, ENI Spy Island, Caelus, Kuparuk, Milne Point, and Repsol camps.
  • Work closely with Superintendents to schedule employees flights, transportation, and billeting to remote sites for projects.


  • Organized flight schedules and flight schedule changes through Travel Management System and through North Slope Support.
  • Prepare and update daily reports for management of all North Slope personnel for their whereabouts on the slope as well as changes made to their flight/work schedules.

Customer Service 

  • Handled employees and managements flight requests effectively over the phone and in person by identifying needs, resolving problems quickly and making the changes in a timely manner.


  • Worked closely with the CH2MHILL Expediter (Bus Driver) to make sure all employees receive timely and safe transportation to and from the airport to catch their flights.
  • Worked closely with the Travel Planners at ENI OPP, ENI Spy Island, Caelus, Point Thomson, and Repsol to make sure CH2MHILL employees had transportation to and from the airport.


  • Submitted time sheets every morning for the Core, Casual/Specialty, Shops, Wells, and Admin groups to the Anchorage Payroll office for CH2MHILL. Assisted employees and management on task and project numbers for time sheets.

Expense Reports

  • Managed and submitted expense reports in Oracle/iExpense for my personal CH2MHILL Corporate credit card for booking AK Airlines flights for employees as well as hotel and car rentals for company travel.

CH2MHILL Deadhorse, AK Fleet Administrator Technician 01/2016 to Current

Provides administrative support for the Fleet Superintendent, Master Mechanic and Fleet Maintenance Facility employees. Responsible for the daily input of work orders in Fleet Focus and BP Fleet Services. Process and submit Ford warranties for reimbursement. Maintain all equipment files for light duty, heavy duty, and non-mobile. Attend weekly Safety meetings and distribute meeting notes to Supervisors. Manage Fleet Focus for third party work orders for Schlumberger, PRL, Norcon, etc.

Work a 2 week on/2 week off rotational schedule on the North Slope.

CH2MHILL Deadhorse, AK Travel Planner 11/2014 to 01/2016

Planned travel arrangements for executives and 800+ staff members on the North Slope. Managed and organized the Travel Management System program for North Slope employees.

Worked closely with the Bus Drivers on the North Slope to ensure safe and efficient transportation to/from the airport.

Worked closely with Billeting at the Arctic Oilfield Hotel to ensure room availability for employees.
