I was also responsible for notification and promotion of the safety teams agenda. In addition, I conducted morning meetings directed toward the entire driver team. These meetings contained information on any incidents that had occurred and how to safely and properly avoid them in the future. The safety committee was also responsible for generating safety slogans that helped keep safety in the forefront of every driver's mind. As a 20 year safe driver, I was part of implementing weekly drawings that rewarded drivers with an excellent safety record.

Kids Helping Kids is a student run non-profit organization that raises and allocates funds for disadvantaged students both in SantaBarbara and around the world.
As CEO of KHK, I oversaw the organization and all of its operations. This included meeting with established business executives to ask for funding, giving live public addresses to crowds as large as 2,000, and leading 120 of my peers as we raised $315,000 for kids we cared for in our community and ones we met abroad.
My work is in the classroom teaching grade school students math/science throughout the school day. After school I teach an engineering and robotics class for students grade K-3. We focus on both the hands on process of engineering through building challenges and the computer based coding element that is tailored to young kids.
