I received personal medical intake forms from clients prior to the appointment and made sure all correct and personal data was entered into the Booker systems files allowing therapists to go in to the system to meet the needs of their clients. I was also in charge of wellness memberships offered from the massage store. They offered three different plans to choose from, depending on your schedule, needs, and budget, I took notes on each client who had a membership, when there next appointment was due, and to book appointments based on when the next membership offer was to expire. Resolved guest complaints. Created repeat business by developing long-term relationships with regular customers and new clients. Accountable for all staff appointments, budgeting and supply ordering.

Responsible for cheerfully greeting guests, Taking them to their provided table making sure that they are seated with silverware, filled peanut bucket, and fresh baked bread. Active member of DECA ( Distributive Education Clubs of America).
Went one full year at the university and decided online classes were best for me. Received credits toward my minor in marketing.
