-Created freeze protection rounds sheet for all Engineers, freeze rounds done when the outside air temperature drops below 35 degrees

-Conducted Flow test for fire pumps making sure they operate as designed and produce enough flow in a emergency situation, working with DOB inspector Jaber, WSP, and Lund Fire, and Island Fire taking riser readings and gauge readings

-ATS testing, testing time delay upon transfer, Time delay and retransfer upon normal power restoration, mechanical parts inspection, verifying the unit is clean, and verifying generator start sequence

-Hydrostatic testing on tenant floors testing at one and a half times normal operating pressure for four hours, working closely with Local 638 and other third parties

- Pulling construction strainers out on 150hp vertical centrifugal condenser water pumps

-Surveying floors making sure Engineers have proper access to valves(condenser water, hot water, and domestic water) and that the valves can be controlled with no interference
