Matthew has over 25 years of banking and financial markets experience. Most recently as Managing Director, Head of Fixed Income for TD Securities (TD) Asia-Pacific. Matthew was responsible for executing the bank's regional Fixed Income strategy. Leading teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong.
