Working here I had to master multitasking, customer relations, constant problem solving. Answering an average of one hundred calls per day by addressing customer and management inquiries, providing updated pricing and information. My daily operation include but doesn't exclude ​

• Greeted customers entering the hotel to assure what each customer wanted or needed.
• Data entry, logging and basic paper work, scheduling maintenance and cleaning. 
• Checking-in and checking out customers, taking online and phone reservations and end of shift drawer counts.

I started here just out of high school, as an employee and became partner in the business by the next year. Moved to Washington State to instruct and run the satellite  school's assets and business model, and to uphold high standers of the school. My daily operation include but doesn't exclude

• Running day to day classes by implementing curriculum and work out routines
• Promoting the Business by doing privet or public demonstrations and online marketing and telemarketing    
• Going to seminars to learn the newest technics from our practice and implementing it to company and customer satisfaction.

• De-escalated customers with complaints and technical issues with tact and professionalism

•  Assisted manager with various tasks, including sales improvements, customer service, and account coordination
• Handled existing accounts and created new accounts using products and professional demonstrations
• Evaluated new consumers for sales or lease
• Setup products in stores and delivered to residences as needed

• Responsible for monitoring all logistics of restaurant and gift shop
• Prepared purchase orders for food and supply items as needed
• Hired and trained staff members and prepared them to exceed company standards on a regular basis
